All estimates provided are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional work may be required if hidden damage or mold is discovered during the remediation process. Any additional costs will be discussed and approved before work proceeds.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

5. Warranty

TampaBayMold.net stands behind our work. We offer a warranty on our remediation services. Specific warranty terms will be provided in writing upon completion of work.

6. Limitation of Liability

TampaBayMold.net's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by ongoing water intrusion that has not been addressed, or mold growth that occurs after our services due to new water events.

7. Insurance

TampaBayMold.net is fully licensed and insured. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

8. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Quick cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Privacy
